Dan. 4:17<\/strong>\u2014This matter is by the decree of the watchers, and the decision is a command of the holy ones, to the intent that the living may know that the Most High is the Ruler over the kingdom of men and gives it to whomever He wills and sets up over it the lowliest of men.<\/p>\n

Rev. 1:5<\/strong>\u2014And from Jesus Christ, the faithful Witness, the Firstborn of the dead, and the Ruler of the kings of the earth. To Him who loves us and has released us from our sins by His blood.<\/p>\n

Prov. 21:1<\/strong>\u2014The king\u2019s heart is like streams of water in the hand of Jehovah; \/ He turns it wherever He wishes.<\/p>\n

Dan. 2:21<\/strong>\u2014And it is He who changes the times and seasons; \/ He deposes kings and causes kings to ascend. \/ He gives wisdom to the wise \/ And knowledge to those who have understanding.<\/p>\n\t\t
